Lincoln Center Institute (LCI) is located on the seventh floor of the Samuel B. & David Rose Building, 70 Lincoln Center Plaza / 165 West 65th Street (between Broadway and Amsterdam), New York, NY 10023 (map). In addition to administrative offices, LCI has two performances spaces—a black-box theater and a dance studio—and one meeting room that can be rented by outside parties.

Clark Studio Theater
The Clark is a black box theater that accommodates an audience of up to 120. Professional lighting and sound systems support the highest quality production values in the performing arts, and the space is equipped with a sprung floor specifically for live dance performances.
Samuels Teaching Studio
The Samuels Teaching Studio is a professional-grade dance studio (38’ by 30’). The studio features a sprung floor and a full wall of mirrors. There is ample space for rehearsals, meetings, workshops, and informal presentations and receptions. A limited quantity of tables and chairs is available. There is no theatrical lighting or sound capability.
The Resources and Meeting Room (RMR) provides space for meetings, presentations, workshops, and other events. An Internet-connected laptop, wireless keyboard and mouse, DVD and VHS players, large projection screen, and LED projector are available to renters. Library materials such as books and DVDs are not available for use by renters.
